Fallout is fantastical game

Im really stuck in fallout(3/NV) game serier. fantastic game so many choices and so many feelings.

Where are my stimpakts? I walked again to minefield.
Im dying and surrounded by mirelurks. Oh i know let's drink several nuka colas and some potato chips.
Clean water is rare bottled stuff. I know lets give them to poor guy.
Bomb middle of town? I can disarm it, since im unknown first timer defuser.
